In Hamlet, Shakespeare goes to great lengths to describe the character of Hamlet.  He uses both direct and indirect characterization to help the reader get to know Hamlet.  Here are some examples.”Nor the dejected 'havior of the visage,
Together with all forms, moods, shapes of grief” This is kind of showing us that hamlet is still grieving and mad at the fact that his father is dead. He also says “I shake im my best obey you,madam” meaning that he is an obedient person especially to his mother .
